Main Features of the Equipment
Extrusion Machine: The single-screw extruder adopts a slotted
barrel and a new type of BM screw, which has high screw speed,
output and plasticizing capacity.
Extrusion Die: It adopts spiral split flow head, which has the
characteristics of uniform discharge, convenient adjustment, and
reduced extrusion welding marks.
Vacuum Setting Device: vacuum spray box, spray cooling box or
cooling water tank, all parts in contact with water are made of
stainless steel.
Tractor: Use two-jaw belt-type or rubber crawler-type tractor to
meet the production requirements of different pipes.
Cutting Machine: chip-free rotary knife cutting.
Stacking Device: Automatic flap or roller stacking device,
small-diameter pipes can be equipped with double-station winders
according to customer requirements.
